Good location for Disney parks. The staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and luxurious.

The hotel was beautiful and welcoming, clean, safe and friendly. It had everything you needed from eateries, to pools, kids entertainment and easy access to transport and luxury extras if you wanted. We had a short stay for Disney Sea, but wished we had stayed longer to enjoy all it had to offer. The staff were professional and responsive and we felt very safe in the area.

Comfort of chilling for a day in my room. Proximity to Disneyland, all the extra amenities. Full service. Great buffet. It has everything you would expect in 5 star establishment. All my needs were met. Great pool, games and movies in the lobby, mini golf and other activities.

Love the facilities. You get what you pay for in a five star establishment. Early check-in, great buffet, full service, extra facilities (pool, mini golf, lobby video games and movies, free shuttle from/ to Maihama station, luggage service, great in room amenities) super comfy bed. So yeah it’s not the cheapest accommodation but all my needs were met so it was worth it.

apart from mis advertising themselves as five star it is a great hotel. if they listed themselves as 4 stars I would have given them 10 out of 10
