Wonderful staff and place to stay. Pool was heated so even enjoyed it in the light rain and cool days in late March. Great food in the restaurant and snacks at the Chill pool lounge. Also good restaurants nearby if you want to try something different. Pottery Mecca well worth a visit and about 90 minutes north to the aquarium.

Loved to stay at Nikko Alivila hotel, the beach is so beautiful and our room had the greatest view. Beware that the sea level goes down from 11:30 am to 3:30pm - 4pm, but it can still be enjoyed. The staff is super friendly and they do everything on their hands to help you with all your requests. Brakfast is delicious too

This hotel is really aiming toward being an excellent all-inclusive resort for families. It's very child friendly. The pool is excellent and there are more pools to come. There are arts and crafts, too. The bath is excellent. The rooms were safe, clean, and comfortable for families. The buffets had the best doughnuts ever!

Great new hotel right beside the American Village. Walking distance from many restaurants and coffee shops. Huge bedroom. Beautiful infinity pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.
