The staff were very welcoming with a very cheerful attitude. They were super attentive and helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. The check-in / check-out process was smooth and room service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast spread at the Bridge and the Executive Lounge was relaxing. Very close to touristy attractions and definitely recommended.

The good ambiance, the staffs were so nice. The beach view was perfect. Of course the outdoor pool and sauna were the best. I loved the food 2thumbs up. Overall it was a great experienced.

Spent three nights at the hotel with my wife. Hotel rooms are beautiful and very large - the rooms really look as good as they do in the photos. Really modern facilities with great attention to details and all the comfort you could ask for. Great value for money when compared with other rooms of similar price in Busan and honestly felt very special. Various food facilities around the place and a great bakery that made good food. Only small downside was the hotel was quite far from the central city but wasn't a big issue as it's easy to catch a taxi in.

Amazing place ...Luxury property especially the Ambience opposite sea view .If you want sea view from your room you need you need to pay extra amt !!Food is excellent.. staff is very cordial!Highly recommended place..other Restaurants like Spanish Tapas ,cafes, seafood everything is available but all Restaurants close by 9.00 pm rather last order they will serve till 8.00pm Rooms are very spacious ..Even bathrooms are huge & they even even have huge bath tub with sea view !!
