    The location is in central Busan, making it perfect for travelling out to other parts of the city for day trips. The room was perfect, clean and overall amazing. Throughout the hotel, it really shows how it is a 5-star hotel with all the decorations and cleanliness throughout the hotel. Service was impeccable as well.

    10 of 10 , wonderful location and awesome service. The gentleman at the concierge brought up our luggage and nicely introduced all facilities, huge compliment to Lora Lee at the concierge when we checking out, found my missing bag and walk us to the taxi , what a demonstration of 5 star hotel service
