Spectacular and luxurious property with a beautiful sea view. Gorgeous pool with a sea view.. the rooms were nice and comfy. The gym, sauna and restaurants were all deserving of the 5-star rating. The best part was the most attentive and helpful staff

Prices are a little high for drinks but it’s a 5 star place so understandable.

The place is a wonderfull, modern and friendly small sized complex with very kind and helpfull staff. The room is good with complimentary drinks in the fridge. The restaurant Narnia is an absolute must ! We had dinner there twice because of the quality of food and wine.
Bayhill and pool is the place to be if you don't want to go to the mega huge 4-5 star hotels in the Jungmun area, like Parnas and Marriot. We visited those to compare, but we were very with our choice of Bayhill.

Very chic hotel with tasteful decoration and luxury reception area. The rooftop pool is a plus and the food in thw hotel, was very tasty and very large portions. Excellent place for families. Has a free washing room, which was a great plus.

Great Value, great location in between big brand 5 star hotels such as Lotte, Shilla and Parnas. Check-in staff were friendly, room was lovely, spacious and clean.

For a 5 star hotel it is very disappointing...Pool and gym facilities have to be paid for the guest to use; used cups and glasses are not washed everyday
