We had an amazing stay at the Long House. The grounds, pool and hotel are beautiful. The rooms are large, clean and ours had a beautiful outside shower. We decided to go half board, and would thoroughly recommend. The choices were lovely, with a good mix of traditional and Western dishes. The staff are amazing, especially the restaurant staff. We couldn't recommend the Long House anymore!

We stayed in eight high-end boutique properties across Sri Lanka during our spectacular 11-day trip (and visited another ten properties along the way). Rock Villa was the clear winner in all categories. The service and hospitality were unparalleled, the room impeccable, the location out-of-this-world, the gardens immaculate, the private beach area, including mangroves, deserted, and spectacularly well maintained, the food (dinner and breakfast) exceptional.

We loved this hotel!! Pool and beach fabulous and staff were really friendly. Room was spacious and clean and we had a lovely balcony with a jacuzzi. One of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka.

Fabulous property made better by attentive staff, great food and facilities. The pool with pool bar was very convenient. The spa was great as was the water aerobics and yoga. But my favourite is the live music in the lounge. A great space for families.
