I arrived late night and left the next morning but the apartment and the whole property seemed way better than what I expected. Very good value for the money (it was low season). I wanted to stay one more night but it was already booked. I can only recommend.

Sabine Holiday Resort is an absolute gem! The location is simply perfect—right on the beach, making it an amazing spot for surfers and beach lovers alike. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping straight onto the sand was a dream. There is also a great restaurant right next door with great blues and jazz music. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warm hospitality added to the already fantastic atmosphere, which was relaxed, inviting, and full of good vibes. Whether you're here for surfing, relaxing, or just enjoying the beautiful surroundings, this place is a fantastic choice.

This Hotel is a must while in mirissa! The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was good. Monkeys 🐒 come out in early evening to see you. We also met owners who even gave us a small gift to take home. Will definitely be back if in mirissa.

Perfect End to Our Sri Lanka Trip – Highly Recommended! After traveling around Sri Lanka for three weeks, we ended our holiday at this villa hotel, and it was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. They were hospitable, attentive, always smiling, and eager to help with any request. A special shout-out to Leel and Roshan for making our stay extra special! The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Lunch and dinner were also excellent, with a variety of well-priced and well-prepared dishes. The seafood platter was a highlight—huge, flavorful, and customizable to our preferences. I highly recommend trying it! The seating area and pool were perfect for relaxing, and the beautiful sandy beach was just a short walk away. One of the most memorable experiences was witnessing three turtles nesting at night and then seeing the government team collect the eggs in the morning. On our final day, we were lucky enough to watch baby turtles being released into the ocean—an unforgettable experience! If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway, this is the perfect place. From start to finish, we felt completely at ease and in holiday mode. We couldn’t find a single fault—highly recommended!

the lakeside Villa was extremely lovely, quiet, room was spacious, and amazing, it has everything one might need or want, an amazing place to spend some time with a lot of scenes to enjoy weather its the pool, the restaurant area with the great chef Ajith, the mid-garden lounging chair, or the amazing lake and scenic kayak rides, overall amazing staff were also extremely amazing and welcoming not a bad thing could be said about this place

Absolutely wonderful! The place is beautiful, right on the beach. Lovely swimming pools, good food and outstanding service from all of the happy staff. They honestly made the beginning of our holiday! I made a mistake when booking and had reserved a day before we actually arrived, and the terms and conditions with booking stated no cancellation or changing dates and we’re going to charge me 165€ to move the booking back a day but they sorted it for me free of charge. We then got delayed by two days due to our first flight being delayed which meant us missing the connection and having to stay in Istanbul for two nights which meant we had missed our booking entirely which I explained and asked to rebook (as the airline would pay for the days we missed anyway) and they just moved the booking again for us with no charge. All the staff are extremely polite, happy and helpful. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. On top of this, they also gave us a free upgrade!

The staff were amazing, the food was incredible- we could have ordered the seafood plates again and again. Normally you are left alone but the staff were so friendly. One of the owners and the front of house staff Came to personally speak to us and took a genuine interest in where we were from. The villas are fantastic and the ocean signature suite was very special.
