The location is ideal - very central, but in a quiet street. The hotel is spotless, elegantly decorated, and provides every convenience one could expect. The bedding is super comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional, with a variety of basic staples as well as local delicacies, fresh fruit (even pomegranate and fresh dates!), homemade cakes etc. The front desk staff are always ready with recommendations, on demand items, and assistance. Eugen and Catalin deserve a special mention, as they were extremely helpful during my stay and helped me deal with an unexpected difficulty once I had already checked out and left. All in all, a great experience.

Everything. The friendly personnel, their efficiency, professionalism. I appreciate that every time I come I am spoiled by Dima, the cook at the breakfast, Milena at reception, and Ms Zaporojan giving the welcome and there for us guests. Extraordinary hotel all together, the room was very clean and the staff was amazing. We had an anniversary stay and we were meet with champagne and fresh fruits. We enjoyed it very much!
