We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Vissi d'Arte, and I must say, it was an experience that has surpassed all our expectations. Great location, great food, and great base to discover Budva. The amenities of the hotel along with room views are also top-notch. But what really made our trip special was Mario from the reception. He was always around to help, whether it was finding a good place to eat or just giving advice on what to see in the city. Nothing was too much trouble for him (even sending an postcards for us!).

New 5* hotel. Large room& bathroom: very clean, great bed and immaculate white bed sheets. Great breakfast, you can order things which are not in the buffet including Espresso, Cappuccino & Tea. Vegan variety is available. Who goes for “food quantity” and not quality will be disappointed! -He can go to All Ultra Inclusive “Geese “Fuagra” Dipping”- somewhere else (you guess where)! Staff very friendly and “going the extra mile” to help. We extended our stay extra night because it’s worthy -location, hotel and hospitality. The morning “Lavazza” espresso -complementary machine and capsules in the room- was fantastic in the balcony looking to the beach and the old city farther. We come diffidently to Sea Star Budva when we will come to the Montenegro beach. The staff brought sun beds and towels for us to the beach-complementary. The Valet parking was helpful. Many special restaurants in the area, If you like the Sea Food, I advise for the "BELLO PORTO" Restaurant, great “Sun Set” dinner. Don’t miss to visit the Old Budva City and Castle. Much good things to write about Sea Star Budva Hotel and Budva City but almost nothing negativ.
