We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. I was surprised by the cleanliness and the hospitality of the employees. The location of the hotel is also excellent - there are many restaurants and the beach around. We thank the staff for their interest in the guests, their help and their smiles. Service – Hospitality at Its Finest From check-in to check-out, the service is impeccable. Next-Level Concierge Service The concierge team is exceptional—modern, proactive, and incredibly helpful. You can contact them via WhatsApp for anything, from restaurant recommendations to reservations, making everything seamless. I have experienced many concierge services, but this one truly stands out in efficiency, friendliness, and modernity. A Special Thank You – Above & Beyond Service I had an issue with mx transfer to the next destination and ME Malta went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring I was taken care of—especially on my birthday. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. Facilities – Absolutely Spectacular Even though some areas are still being developed, what is already in place is next-level: • Spa & Wellness: The design is stunning, and the experience is elevated by the team, especially Sophia, who coordinates everything flawlessly. The massages are truly relaxing. • Pool Area: Simply beautiful, with top-notch service. • Breakfast: À la carte perfection—every dish was fresh and delicious.
