Great location just opposite the rotterdam central station. We booked an executive suite instead of two connecting rooms as our kids are only 1.5 and 3 years old. We ended up with a very big room, we asked them to add the travel cots in the living room and we had lots of space and privacy so when kids are asleep we could still watch tv in the bedroom. We had a bathroom/douche with toilet and a separate toilet - very convenient. The breakfast was also very nice and we had lunch and dinner at the restaurant next to the bar, the food was very good

Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night and was unable to try the spa services and swimming pool. But I am sure I will return and take advantage of these services.

Our UK phone network provider is 02 although we had roaming it stopped working when we entered Europe. In my view 02 is the worst service provider ever. We had to purchase local SIM cards to call 02 Network support over 3 days but roaming still did not work. This was our first visit to the Hague and I was at the International Criminal Court. Wendy was amazing and exceptional. Wendy provided us with all the travel information. We had the whole building to ourselves. The view from the bedroom overlooking the river was exceptional. The place was easily accessible. 15 min walking distance to the centre of town. The shower was amazing and she had ayurvedic shampoo :-)

For such a big place, it is run with efficiency. We never had to wait for anything. This was also true of their very pleasant spa and swimming pool. The room was spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed.
