Anyone who knows me, knows that I never give 10/10 overall for all services. This was the FIRST TIME I have to give a perfect score to any hotel anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated as VVIPs. welcome drinks and valet parking. Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.

Everything. I travel extensively and this is one of few hotels which is absolutely perfect. From the check in staff, breakfast staff, room service staff, the guys that clean the rooms etc all amazing. The lady staff member at breakfast always remembered I liked a quiet area to eat. And that made me feel good knowing something so simple she remembered. Honestly this hotel and staff should be very proud of the hotel. Beds very comfortable, beautiful bathrooms. I cannot praise enough. I will certainly be back. I leave rested and with a smile on my face. The pool is the best, if your a pool walker like me it’s amazing Well done W Muscat

Everything was absolutely perfect — from the stunning rooms to the amazing service. Gorgeous resort, beautifully located. The rooms and the restaurants are tastefully furnished, the swimming pool is pristine and the beach immaculate. The staff is very forthcoming, professed helpful. Specially would like to mention Rodcleff from the reception and the therapist Edcel from the neighbouring spa. One of the best Thi massages my wife has experienced.

It is no exaggeration at all when I (and others on here) say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at (and I’ve had the pleasure of staying at many lovely hotels around the world). Absolutely everything was perfect. Every single member of staff (a mix of Omanis and international staff from so many countries) was beyond efficient and so friendly. I felt they took even extra care of me as I was staying alone (Shukran!) and their care and attention to detail was second to none! I didn’t meet the manager Mr Karim but would like to thank and congratulate him on running such an exceptional hotel. Among the many wonderful staff who all work so hard, special mentions to Suresh who checked me in in the early hours, Renuka who cleaned my room so meticulously, Schola the restaurant hostess who was very informative and gave me the best table for the Christmas Day brunch! Khine also a restaurant hostess who was lovely to chat too on my final evening and so helpful too and Kolthum who checked me out, such a lovely lady. El-Mostafa in the restaurant, Khalid who picked me up at the airport (plus the driver who took me back there), the restaurant staff in all the restaurants, the wonderful chefs and the beach attendants. The Chedi’s design is amazing. Beautiful grounds (they even have peacocks!), so tranquil, so clean, many dining options and wonderfully designed rooms. I can see why it’s a Leading Hotel of the World and has so many awards and accolades. Thank you Chedi Muscat for an unforgettable Christmas holiday!

Location is excellent Hotel is brand new so everything is in top condition. The rooms are great (we had the ocean view deluxe). The pool is excellent, cooled and clean. The breakfast was high quality and had a good variety. The water pressure is excellent. Every detail has been thought through.
