Location of the hotel is excellent, we could easily navigate / plan our sightseeing trips around Lisbon from there. Staff incredibly professional, courteous and gave great advice to plan our days. Hotel decor and rooms are superb, very good breakfast, great bar facilities and we noted how many non-residents used the restaurant / bar which is always a good indicator of a hotel.

The staff was great, very polite and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast - they serve best fruits ever! Every single day! Good choice also of cheese and pastry - premium quality products. In the evening you get nice chocolate selection, that will go well with the nice coffee you can make anytime at your coffee machine in the room. And I always like when hotels provide quality brand cosmetics for their guests - you’ll not be disappointed here ;) overall, I liked everything inside this hotel!
