All the staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. The hotel was very beautiful and always clean. We had a small issue with our initial apartment but the hotel quickly solved it by changing our room with another one, even nicer than the initial one.

I arrived quite early in the morning, and as soon as a room became available, the front desk arranged an early check-in for me. This was extremely important after a long-haul flight. On my departure day, since I had a late flight, I asked whether a late check-out would incur an extra fee. Initially, the front desk informed me of the standard half-day charge, but after I explained that I didn’t need that much extra time, the staff, considering the room availability that day, kindly arranged a free late check-out until 2:00 PM. This meant I didn’t have to store my luggage and come back later, allowing my itinerary to flow naturally—something that makes a huge difference for travelers. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the small tip I left the next day was not taken. This really impressed me, showing the high level of professionalism and integrity of the hotel staff. I have stayed in many four- and five-star hotels around the world, but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review. I'm not even a member of their program. They truly pay attention to the seemingly small details that can make a decisive impact on the travel experience, always thinking from the guest’s perspective. I am sincerely grateful for the care and attention of all the staff during my stay.

This is a beautiful hotel and I only wished my stay was longer! The location is excellent with a walkway through to the Vendome mall. The breakfast choices and quality was excellent and the service at this hotel was exceptional. They remembered all the small details and went out of their way to make our stay an excellent one. I’ll certainly look at staying at this hotel when I visit Qatar again.

Another superb experience with Hilton Doha The Pearl! We are second time this year with our family in this hotel. We absolutely love it. Breakfast is excellent with variety selection. We have enjoyed talking to Lisa and Vina, they will make your breakfast one of a kind! Great fun in the swimming pool and many thanks to Omari and Hashan for playing soccer and company. Location of the hotel is excellent, short distance to Lusail, Katara and walking distance to Porto Arabia. Spacious rooms with beautiful view from the 29th floor. We got also a free upgrade. Thank you for your hospitality, we feel here like home!

Our stay at Ezdan Palace Hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel is stunning, beautifully designed, luxurious, and it smells incredible the moment you walk in. Everything during our stay felt perfect. We were kindly upgraded to an amazing suite as we were celebrating our honeymoon, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was immaculate throughout our stay. A special thank you to the housekeeping team who made sure it was spotless every single day. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of high-quality options, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were visiting for the Grand Prix, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. I would recommend this hotel a hundred times over, not only for its cleanliness and luxury, but because the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and very well cared for. A heartfelt shoutout to Maroua from the team, who was incredibly sweet and extended our checkout time free of charge so we could enjoy our last day comfortably. Her kindness truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, real 5 stars hotel, high quality services and people, special thanks to Rashedul from housekeeping, Edward from reception, John Edward, Philip, May, Hiba and everybody else from Coral Restaurant, Ishmaral from beach bar, you guys are great. Exceptional service and hospitality, beyond what I expected. The restaurant staff, especially Akash, was always there to make sure I felt well taken care of. An extra nice touch was executive chef of the hotel, Chef Ali personally visiting the table to check how the meal was after. 5 star hospitality as it should be
