The host and hostess were friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and light. Extremely nice room-service and reception staff. We arrived after 22:00 when the restaurant closes and they were kind enough to send food to our room beforehand. Also, the room is great, wonderful bedsheets and amazing bathroom. Sparkling clean. Nice views of the dense forest and the mountains.
