We only booked one night and if we'd have known about how much of a pleasure our stay was...we would've stayed longer. To engage with elephants feeding them and watch them roam for a few hours day was a once in a lifetime experience. We'll remember this for the rest of our lives. The room was a high standard we stayed in the king cottage with a plunge pool ocean view which was high up. Everything felt new, fixtures and touches to the room were thought about. From the bath having a small table and the binoculars for instance to watch the elephants. We loved it with the floating breakfast in the morning too with sunrise. A must if you're staying here! In all honesty this hotel is probably one of the best we've experienced.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I loved starting my day with fresh local ingredients. Dinner was equally impressive, with a menu that beautifully showcased the region's culinary delights. Additionally, the hotel’s location is perfect—close to major attractions yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. I enjoyed strolling through the nearby parks and exploring the local shops. Overall, my experience at Ampersand Resort was nothing short of fantastic. Everything was perfect. The rooms are well decorated and the staff was always very helpfull and kind. The gym is small but somehow has everything you need . For the breakfast you have lots of options and the food was great. Overall was a very good experience ,i would definetely recommend it!

Fantastic - looks and smells great on arrival with a welcome drink, friendly and professional staff throughout. Location - ideal - 5 mins walk to fisherman’s village. Lovely pool area next to the beach - also very nice. Rooms comfortable, clean and large enough with a balcony.

One of the best places we stayed ever. Hospitality at new level, from check in to check out, you only get smiles and extreme readiness to make you comfortable. Great breakfast, exceptional pools and other facilities, very personalised at all times. Stunning resort, close to nature, a lot to cover and absorb. Strongly recommended for families with kids. loved it every day, close by to everything. Do get a car if staying beyond 3 nights which too inexpensive in Thailand. OMG.....so good. From the moment you step into the foyer you are in relaxation land. You have a refreshing drink while they check you in. Free sorbet every day ...they have pet friendly rooms. The pool area is inviting and relaxing. The beds were deliciously comfortable. In room coffee machine and a welcoming gift of coconut water and nibbles. Three steps away from the beach front and 50 steps away from shops And restaurants..the staff were fantastic

Everything! This is the best hotel in Samui for sure! the hotel itself is so nice and clean, the staff is phenomenal and the location is perfect for someone who wants to relax and have a peacfull vacation without noise. Food is fantastic, breakfast had various options and everything was delicious. They really did pay attention to every detail. Dont forget to check out their spa and the HARNN products which are divine😍 We are deffinitely gonna come back!
