We loved the facility’s, the pool was clean and always had a good temperature. The spa facility was superb. Rooms were big and clean. Staff was great and super convenient with the free tuktuk ride to the shop. Hotel is close to everything

From checking into leaving the staff and service were exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast had every option you could imagine and extremely good quality! the rooftop bar has the most wonderful views of the city and the mountains. We ended up returning the Oakwood at the end of our 3 weeks stay in Thailand. The location of the Oakwood is also superb! (and you can never get lost because it's one of the tallest buildings.....just look up!)

Breakfast was great. The egg grill and cappuccino machine were highlights. The location was a good one but at least 40 minutes from a nice beach. Lots of food options with at least 3 malls which the hotel would secure transportation. The balcony and view and three bathrooms for a family of five was outstanding! I was pleased with the Christmas decorations. They did that well.
