Spacious and clean room with very nice sea and pool view. Staff were very nice and helpful. We felt being truly welcome throughout the stay. We were lucky to be upgraded to all inclusive plan. The variety of food was great and most importantly, food was warm.

Amazing Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Our sea view room was absolutely wonderful, offering stunning vistas that made our stay even more special. The beds were made to perfection, and everything was spotless. The shower, toilets, and water pressure were all amazing—truly a luxurious experience. The hotel itself is very safe and clean, with a truly impressive spa that I absolutely loved. The indoor and outdoor pools, along with the beautiful beach, were simply spectacular. There’s also a lovely bar where you can play cards and relax in the evening if you prefer to stay in. The housekeeping staff and pool attendants were attentive and kind, making sure everything was just right. Parking was convenient and secure, especially for my rental car. Breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, providing a variety of tasty options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I can't wait to come back!

So friendly staff, everyone in the hotel is smiling and working with a positive spirit. Great location. Wonderful beach. Mr. Mokhtar in the restaurant is an icon. Employees in the reception were unbelievably friendly. The hotel is full of facilities.

It's was not my first time and it will not be my last. You just get the best value on the market. Really the people are wonderful (staff), food is great, I love the dinning place where you eat and watch the palms...also it really is all inclusive. You cant ever get hungry, thirsty. The heart of the resort is the animation team. Lots of energy, honest smiles and just really the best people. Its a great place and I sure would visit again.
