Ar first we wondered why everybody gives 10 points to this hotel, but after coming we understood that. We really loved stay at the resort. Rooms were modern, beach was wonderful for a walk and peaceful rest, personnel was showing extra care, we didn't see such care in any hotel of Tunisia so far. Thankful for this experience! This hotel definetly worth that and we - latvians give 12 of 10 points. Highly recommended.

The service was fantastic- every person that works at the hotel is friendly, professional and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the food very good. The pool is lovely with very comfy sun beds. The indoor pool and spa also great. We would highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean and located a bit off the main streets but close enough to walk to the shops. The pool area was quite big and had plenty of chairs. There is also an indoor pool. The beach is very accessible (right down the stairs) and is kept very clean by the staff. The room I stayed in had a beautiful ocean view and a large balcony. It was also quite large with several chairs to relax. The staff was amazing. Everyone I spoke to, or needed assistance from, was pleasant and very accommodating. Lastly, I'd like to say a special thank you to Rym.She was at the main reception and was there for me every day to help me out and make my trip more enjoyable. I had an unfortunate instance with a double booked tour. Although it took Rym some time to resolve the issue, she took care of the whole thing without any issues. All in all a great stay!

Excellent all the way The food is extraordinary. It's a buffet but looks like a la carte menu. Everything was tasteful with a great presentation. A big shout out to the pastery chef. I have never tasted such delicious pasteries We got offered an upgrade upon arrival to a luxury suite with a pool and sea view The suite was big with great appliances. The personnel at the bar were so nice and smiling all the time. I forgot the name of our server, but he was exceptional. The spa is cool
