The hotel itself is great and it's luxurious and new. The thermal pools are excellent, and the indoor pool for the children is great. The breakfast they offer has a big variety with everything you can imagine. Too bad I can not recommend this hotel because of their terrible treatment of guests.

The impeccable friendliness of the staff stood out, making every interaction pleasant. The hotel's design is out of the world and inviting, and the culinary delights, especially the breakfast and dessert, were simply superb
