The hotel was empty as it is not season time and we could enjoy all the facilities in peace. The hotel itself is very outstanding, it looks luxury and chic. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the bed is very large and very comfortable. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly. The woman at the desk named Nilüfer is very patient and nice. The breakfast was very good and different type of various food. Jacuzzi in the room is very spacious, clean and luxurious. The room delivery is very fast. Overall we had a good experience.

King room with a fireplace and jacuzzi in a quiet part of the town had all we needed and exceeded our expectations. Short pleasant walks to the centre of the town, Kocebeg wine shop, and restaurants. Friendly, warm, and efficient owner and staff. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Amazing view from the hotel. Great view of the hot air balloons in the morning from the jacuzzi in the room. We also managed to get a woodfire in the room which was just great. Staffs are very nice and welcoming. Nurlan from the reception was very helpful in the planning on getting around Cappadocia. Special thanks to Mehmut from the restaurant - he was very nice and helpful and provided exceptional service.
