The room we lived is comfortable and the breakfast is very yummy.All the staff of hotel are very nice and full of passion.The lifeguards who work at beach or swimming pool are responsibility. My son got hurt on his tose, the lifeguard came to ask and check it automatically.It let me feel that they are caring every guests who lives in this hotel. Our family took the hotel's shuttle bus from HCM to hotel. It is very convenient for us if you don't have car or don't want to drive the far distance.The bus is very clean and the seat space is confortable. These services let our family feel good and relax.

Excellent new property, cosy and comfortable. Excellent hotel staff - friendly, polite and always ready to help. We have been often proactively asked if any help is needed. Hotel team is an excellent asset of this company. We are really appreciate care and support we have been provided with during our stay. Language was a problem sometime, but people tried their best to overcome it.

We have an amazing time in Meliá at Ho Tram. The ladies working with the kids and the kids club were amazing, loving and caring. My daughter stayed there for lots of time and we always feel secure and relax!!! The take care of our gluten free diet and vegan requires in a very professional way!

Beautiful luxury hotel on the first line. Each house has 2 flats, that are quite big. Total area of a flat is 76 m. Lovely balcony with a jacuzzi on the open air. Huge bathroom that has everything needed including douche, sinks for each person and excellent bath. Professional, friendly and open-minded stuff that satisfies all your requests. All of them want you’ll be happy and fully satisfied! Well organised beautiful area with astonishing garden and 2 swimming pools. Beach has everything needed for sunbathing. 2 restaurants and 1 bar offer wide range of tasty food and beverages. Perfect place for calm vacation. Highly recommended!

it is a nice hotel and we stayed here not for the first time. rooms in codominiunm have one king bed and a bunk bed, so it is very convenient for our two kids. generally the rooms design is very beautiful and stylish. the territory and the pools are clean.

We stayed with my 6 and 10yo old boys and husband for 5 nights. It was a 3 room villa. It was spacious and comfortable. The 2,3 room were on a separate floor and with a separate entrance so the boys were a bit scared. The pro is its good for big groups of friends and family- value for money. The down side is that it got very quiet from Mon-Thu. Staff (lifeguards) got a bit lazy and wouldnt open the parasoles by the pool . I had to ask repeatedly as my boys play in the pool while I read under the parasols. Also no direct access to the beach- there’s boulders . Only Maison restaurant was opened- 3 are advertised. After bk-lunch-dinner at the same place we’re ready to explore other options. Taxi was about 250 return to nearby restaurants (3-5km away). Amazing seafood ! Positive is that with a car, you may explore more, and get snacks. Other great positive was the trampoline place.
