The breakfast was nice and had many options but I still would wish a coffee machine that is not a standard in Vietnam. The rooms are spacious and it was cleaned twice. The gym was nice for the hotel standards though extra machines would be nice to see

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Silk Village, it exceeded our expectations! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything for our stay, booking transfers and tours for us too. The room was large and the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in in a long while. The property was immaculately clean, gardens lovely, and the pool was a peaceful spot to relax. The restaurant served tasty food (including free breakfast). We enjoyed the complimentary silk tour and shuttle bus into the ancient town/beach. We would stay here again!

    Great location and exceptional service, meets all expectations and I cannot say a bad thing. The staff are great and what is really good is the extras don’t cost the earth. Eg the hotel restaurant is great and great value compared to the local eating places. When we booked day trips through the hotel they charged a reasonable price and didn’t gouge us like many hotels would. 5 stars!
