Amazing experience. A lot of attention for details. Hotel is like nice upscale gallery with string esthetic touch. The staff everywhere was super nice. Everything was spotless clean. They made up our room twice a day with lovely presents. Simply amazing experiences worth of 5 stars.

employees dont speak english enough. this is quite disapointing. why company dont ensure to give english classes to staff. cant accept an hotel 5 stars having staff in reception or attending phone call for room service without minimum acceptable english level to communicate with expat customers

The hotel perfect. I will be recommending this hotel, and next year my parents want already come 🥰 This hotel more like 5 stars. The breakfast is super, possibly find food for all people. Personal is very friendly.

Almost everything is good at the hotel. Nice and very big room good with a/c, fridge, 2 big bedrooms with each shower and bathtubs. Very nice hotet, great pools and nice beach. Not to many people like at the other 5 stars hotels nearby that were way to crowded.
