The ambience, this hotel redefined what I now believe a five-star experience to be, the staff were unbelievable. The bedroom exceptional the bathroom out of this world, the value was stupendous. Overall a great and five star experience

Everything was good about the cottage, But there was NO hot water! - hence the 1 star review.
When booking and paying for luxury 5 star accommodation, you don't expect this at the price point. Very disappointing

Bespoke. Classy. Understated. Tastefully decorated. Fine cuisine. Breakfast made to order was a royal treat. Cocktails at the EM Bar were wicked and fun. The restaurant choice and food offered is top rate and way above average - fine dining without being stiff. Better than most 4 and 5 star hotels. Garden and pool setting is tranquil and a good place to relax. Complimentary mini bar above average offering. Secure venue. Cannot wait to return. Not a place for revelers wanting a buzz and hype.
