From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The service was outstanding — all the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to Ms. Dana Al-Sanan for her exceptional hospitality and professionalism. Her warm attitude and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Riyadh. I’ll definitely return again. What a stay!

Set 3 km from the U Walk by Arabian mall in Riyadh, Crowne Plaza Riyadh - RDC Hotel & Convention has 5 dining options, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and VIP lounge. The facilities & staff were excellent. In particular Sultan at the front desk was very helpful and always goes above and beyond to help make our stay memorable.

The hotel is easily accessible via the Riyadh Metro with Al-Olaya Station and Inma Bank station just a short distance away one minute walking only, making it convenient to reach the city’s... If you go to Riyadh make sure you stay in this hotel. It is located in city centre, close to attractions and only 4 minutes walk from the metro station. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and the food is delicious. The stuff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I want to say a huge thank you to Norah, at the reception who helped me with all the information I needed. I am definitely coming back. 😁
