This design hotel features modern, air-conditioned rooms with high-class furniture, a Bang & Olufsen TV and audio system, a living area, and a bathroom with a shower. The rooms on the upper floors have views of the State Opera and the city centre. A concierge service is available. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by a prompt and friendly staff, making us feel comfortable immediately. We received all the necessary information and guidance about the surrounding area, attractions, and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised with Austrian wines, water, and other complimentary beverages in our room, along with a dessert and a handwritten welcome card from the hotel management—this already confirmed that our choice was the right one. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent; we enjoyed it every day of our stay. The staff also assisted us with reservations at the restaurants they recommended, even securing a special table at a Michelin Guide restaurant, which impressed us even more. In short, highly recommended. Congratulations to the hotel team—you are doing an outstanding job!

They have small details in their interior design which makes it unique and yet very discreet & chic. Staff is very polite and helpful and i think this is what is takes to make a great establishment. From The valet standing outside to the nice restaurant staff “in clin d’œil to Enzo de la Champagne-Ardenne” & all the rest of the staffs are all so welcoming n knowledgeable. For instance dining at the Glasswing restaurant by chef Alexandru Simon. This experience was simply having a feast on the plate & again wonderful staff, great Sommelier.
