Special thanks to Juliana and Irina. Every encounter with the hotel workers was marked by their professionalism and courtesy. We learned a lot about the history and great museums in the city thanks to Juliana! The location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the city, I had easy access to all the attractions and dining options I wanted to explore. Whether I was strolling through the charming streets nearby or enjoying the view from my room, I was constantly reminded of how well-placed this hotel is. I look forward to returning in the future, thanks to the exceptional service I received.

This design hotel features modern, air-conditioned rooms with high-class furniture, a Bang & Olufsen TV and audio system, a living area, and a bathroom with a shower. The rooms on the upper floors have views of the State Opera and the city centre. A concierge service is available. The Guesthouse was such a delight. Centrally located; just steps from the Habsburg Palace and the Opera House, the hotel offered very comfortable accommodations. The front staff were always smiling and eager to help with any requests. Because it is a small hotel, the staff seemed to quickly know us by name and we felt like it was home for the duration of our stay. We definitely would recommend The Guesthouse. Special note needs to be made about the on-site Brassierie. The wait staff was professional, accommodating and efficient, and the food was delicious.

One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Quality is second to none and I would rate it in my favourite top 3 hotels I have ever experienced. Loved the balcony, the location is exceptional being close to so many important things that I could walk to. Many lovely restaurants and stores close by as well as important land marks. Staff exceptional and very helpful. Beautifully appointed I felt spoiled staying here. From the amazing bed to the excellent chocolates on arrival and the spacious bathroom I can't think of anywhere that I have felt more comfortable. The breakfast was also superb.

The most beautiful sights can be reached in a few minutes by foot and the hotel is the perfect starting point for exploring the city. Everything is great. Executive lounge is a great plus since we have a 5 years old, it’s very convenient to have light food and drink, and rest in the lounge after a long walk in the city. The staff are super helpful and super nice to the children.

Opened in 1876, Hotel Sacher Wien is furnished with valuable antiques, elegant furniture, and a famous collection of paintings. The rooms are individually furnished with precious materials. I liked everything... It still has the grandeur of the famous hotels of the past and the service is beyond 5 stars... And I must not forget to recommend the concierge brothers Johnny and Shedy for a promotion and a raise... :)

This 5-star hotel offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The property is 300 metres from St. Stephen's Cathedral, and within 200 metres of the city centre. The room size was very comfortable with a nice view of the area. The location of this property is certainly a plus for me and the staff are very friendly. I for got a bag in the restaurant and remembered a few hours later. The bag was returned without anything missing. So plus for honesty. Concierge were very helpful in directing me to some shops. The restaurant on the rooftop was great for breakfast and later on tea/coffee. It has nice views of the city and an inner courtyard for when the weather is nice to sit out, which it was for the few days I was there.

Facilities, service, location was perfect and excellent staff, specially Annia and the concierge team.
