Everything! It felt like home while still delivering the full five star experience. The staff were all so nice and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and all the little things and attention to detail made the whole experience one we thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back.

Loved the whoke set up of the lodge - it's well construed and decorated with style.
The staff were really friendly and helpful and created a very relaxed vibe which we loved.

Room was nice, fridge was luke warm at best, breakfast only provided very few items, for the price i would have expected more, scrambled eggs were cold. No parking included, for a 5-star hotel, there seemed to be a lot lacking...

Unique but practical design with amazing facilities and a complimentary selection of local wines and ales which made up for the rather high price. That said, it’s worth every penny with exceptionally clean, modern rooms, fab pool and spa and the most comfortable king size beds. Staff are meticulous to detail and friendly and obviously professionally trained. Five stars does not do this hotel justice! You will not be disappointed.
