Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, attentive, and eager to share insights about the hotel and Hobart itself. Their friendliness created a welcoming and personal atmosphere from the moment we arrived.

Unique Tasmanian artwork is featured throughout the property and each room has either a mountain or garden view. The room was exquisite. Such a great bed, very restful sleep. Beautiful bath. Very spacious room. Fantastic.

Just 5 minutes’ drive from Sullivans Cove, it features a restaurant and landscaped gardens with an infinity-edge pond. We absolutely loved our stay at the Islington. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were so lovely and accommodating, it felt like home to us and we cannot wait to go back. Special Shout our to Carrie absolutely amazing hostess !!!

The self-contained apartments boasts timber floors, luxurious carpets, a kitchen with Smeg appliances and granite bench tops. All apartment has a mosaic-tiled bathroom with a shower. Your lounge area has a 42-inch flat screen TV with free cable, free-to-air channels. Apartment had a washer dryer & a very detailed welcome packet! Great location to the Hobart waterfront, lot of things in a walkable distance. Restaurant in the front looked packed for breakfast but unfortunately we couldn’t secure a reservation.
