Search five-star hotels in Hainaut Province

Staff helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is certified four stars but the level of service and amenities is definitely on par with many five star hotels I've stayed in. Loved the little touches they left around the room, such as the complimentary candy (good stuff) and the pillow spray. You don't see that in many places anymore.

Studio chic is very a nice place to stay. We booked only one night and the staff was very kind and present with us. They gave us all clear information to access in the building, where to park, how to move in general. Clean and tidy room. We'll come back for sure!

Superb hospitality

The breakfast was superb!!

Location was superb for the views. Arrived on motorcycles and they have a garage where you can put them. Check in was smooth, and you need to book the restaurant downstairs as it gets very busy, this is down to the views but also the food was excellent. A very lovely stay, only 65 miles or so from Dunkirk for the ferry.

The luxury of the penthouse is great. The looks and feels are super and the appearance is posh, good. The appartment is spacious incl a large kitchen and indoor balcony. One of the dormitories is super large incl own bathroom and is great. The private parking at the back is very nice, but might be a bit tidy, something to pre-check with the owner.

Attention to detail was exceptional. Welcome snacks and Prosecco on arrival, complimentary wine. Room was genuinely luxurious. TV pre-tuned and guide book provided to match guests’ country of origin. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were amazing from start to finish.

It is a 3 star budget hotel at the airport, so obviously one can't expect amenities and quiet like in a 5 star holiday resort in the mountains. With what it is, it works amazingly. Small but clean room with a comfortable bed, nice and friendly staff, and an amazing breakfast buffet.
