Guest rooms will provide guests with a desk and a coffee machine. Our stay at the Rooms at Woody Point was really laid back. Our room was #5 and was very clean. It has a well stocked kitchenette. The rain shower was great and they have in-floor heating in the shower room! The view from our king room was stunning of the Gros Morne National park, Tableland Mountains and Bonne Bay. Such a magnificent view! The king bed was very comfortable with the best pillows. You can order breakfast the night before and Helen or Donna will bring it to your room the night before, so you can have it in the morning. You’ll have a choice of 5. The Pizza on the Porch is more than just pizza. It is a gastronomy of flavours from different cultures. There’s a 4 course meal that starts off with a local appetizer, we had the shredded Rabbit confit, ginger carrot soup, salad with herbs from her garden and of course pizza. We had the Giovanni and my favourite the French Shore pizza. We finish with a chocolate pudding. Oh so good!! If you’re ever in the area and need a place to stay we highly recommend the Rooms at Woody Point! Not only for the room and view but the food as well!

This 5-star hotel offers a business centre and a concierge service. The property is allergy-free and is situated 400 metres from Government House. Very friendly welcome, especially as we arrived late at night. Mary cooked a different breakfast each day and was always keen to chat. Robert went out of his way to make sure our stay was a very pleasant one, including giving us very helpful information about sights to see and places to go.
