All rooms at Four Seasons' are characterised by a unique luxurious style with classic French furnishings and offer views of the city, the garden or the lake. Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

The hotel offers a beautiful setting, excellent amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes for a truly enjoyable experience. A special mention to Fabien, who was particularly attentive and ensured everything went smoothly during my stay. His professionalism and warm service added to the overall experience. Overall, La Réserve Geneva is a fantastic place to unwind, with a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.

The UN headquarters, the financial district and the Rue du Rhone can be reached in a short walk. Breakfast Was fine, nothing exceptional, however the service was exceptionally great not only at Breakfast but tothe bar the night we arrived and during the stay ,which unfortunately was only one day.
