We absolutely loved everything about our stay: the staff were so friendly and attentive, the views were gorgeous, the room was magnificent, the beds comfortable, and the spa was clean and quiet, with the massages so great and relaxing. We also loved the breakfast spread. It’s a nice stroll into town and the hotel is in a quiet area. Perfect for a getaway and melt away the stress! I definitely want to return and if you have any second thoughts about booking, just do it 😊

We absolutely loved our stay! Gorgeous views, wonderful staff, and the food was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. We had a wonderful time.

We loved our breakfast here every morning and the dinner was fantastic as well especially with singer and guitarist and view of the mountains all around. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved the shuttle service pick up and drop off from the train station.

Το Splendide Royal είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων, το οποίο βρίσκεται στον κεντρικό παραλίμνιο δρόμο του Λουγκάνο. What impressed me the most was the eye for detail. For example: a nice case for the tv remote, a leather stool for your purse at dinner, giant curtains that open and close air tight with adjustable ropes that are super easy to manage… we got upgraded to one of the big rooms with a balcony right on the lake. The staff are beyond friendly and I love the old fashioned, palace-style decor.
