The staff are amazing. So happily helpful, kind, knowledgeable and love their jobs. The property is stunning. Every detail is more than expected. Excellent food, convenient to the gondola, the room is clean and very comfortable, the bathroom is incredible! Even the toilet is amazing!

Very nice to place and next to the sloop. The view of the Matterhorn Mountain is super cool from the balcony and resort main entrance. Restaurants are excellent. But no nightlife after skiing and u will need to go down to the village by train if u want to life the night experience in Zermatt. So i will recommend to split ur stay in 2 resorts, one on the top of the mountain like this one and second another resort in the village down.

Amazing choice of restaurants and super delicious breakfast! New, clean and charming The atmosphere of the hotel was exceptional and I will definitely come back

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Beautiful room with Matterhorn view. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they picked me up from the train station and covered for my taxi on the way back. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!

Το Grand Hotel Zermatterhof βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του προορισμού Ζερμάτ και προσφέρει βεράντα, δωρεάν WiFi και μπαρ. The room was beautiful, well designed and planned. Loved the fact that there was a balcony (ideal if you want to relax and chill) but we couldn't get a view of the Matterhorn from there. The breakfast was good as well, but thee need to be more people there for service. e.g. we had dinner the same night we checked in and it took us a while to catch someone's eye - since there were literally 2 people there! Location wise, it is fine, cause we chose the hotel because it wasn't a long walk from the station.
