Exceptional in every way. The staff goes above and beyond, from the minute you book the place. The food at the restaurant was great especially for breakfast.

Staff where amazing and really made sure you where comfortable and if you count the free spa access and breakfast it’s really reasonably priced

Zermatt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. The property boasts 3 restaurants and a spa. Location was perfect. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Food was amazing, shout-out to The Bazaar restaurant for an excellent vegetarian experience 🤍

All units vary in layout and size and feature elegant modern design and private balconies. Great Hotel in Zermatt. It is central located. The staff is great. (friendly, goes the extra mile, ....). The breakfeast was great. (fresh juices, pancake, omelette, ...). We has a small room, but for us it was perfect. (very clean, good bed, ....)
