The staff are incredibly professional, and as a Colombian-American, it makes me proud to see this level of quality, both in the hospitality and the structure itself, in the heart of my city. Zasagua is a little paradise where nature is king and everything else fits around it. The gardens are spectacular and very well maintained with the cabins tucked away amid trees. The attention to detail throughout the entire property is wonderful with super pieces of art and fabulous furniture. The place is brimming with colourful birds singing all day long which was an absolute delight. Our cabin's patio was amazing with the canopy of three stunning Saman trees to provide welcome shade with dapples of sunlight streaming through. The cabin's room was great with a ridiculously comfortable and enormous bed and the shower is bigger than our entire bathroom at home! The food was amazing and the service was excellent.

With parking underneath the hotel - what it is a plus. We only stayed one night, as we booked the place mid way between the Termas and Pereira airport.
