The facilities are second to none, but it’s really the staff that makes it special. Marco, for example, gave a great port tonging/wine opening show, then etched the bottle for us to have a souvenir. The rest of the staff was equally as accommodating.

There is a Macao’s rescue centre inside the property land and it is possible to visit it for free with a guide. The guide, Clarence, is SO good that we decided to go to Manuel Antonio park only because he was leading the visit. It really worth it! We booked one night and we extended one more night And finally, you can see sloths 🦥!
