Fantastic hotel, professional and respectful staff, especially Mr. Petr at the reception, always smiling and helpful. The hotel location is excellent and the restaurant is also excellent, the food is varied and very delicious. I advise you to book with two meals when booking. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The spa also has professionals for treatment. The excellent hotel, located just near the beautiful park. We've upgraded our stay to suite, that was spacious, nicely furnished, with the balcony and the view to the park. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of hot and cold dishes. The dinner was perfect too, especially during the Chef Pavel shift. The staff is very professional and helpful, We'd like to note Mr. Macarchuk, who did everything to make our stay unforgettable.

Excellent quality of services whether on the hotel side (quality of food, facilities, housekeeping ..) or the medical side and special thanks for Dr Elena for her perfect consultation, care and best treatment also Michaela at infusion she is very professional and well mannered. Over all I had a perfect stay I really enjoyed it and will definitely repeat next April

Great location, very attentive staff, good value for a winter break. Comfortable bed and very effective curtains. Interesting town with plenty of green spaces and interesting buildings. Lots of running routes.
