Some areas are still under work, but the workers were always respectful of guests and stopped immediately when anyone passed by. The reception staff were friendly and responsive — even though the hotel can get busy, they follow up promptly if any requests are missed. The beach team were especially cheerful and helpful. I had a minor injury on the coral reefs, and they kindly assisted with moving my wheelchair around and provided first aid, which I truly appreciated. The food was fresh, varied, and of good quality. Overall, a pleasant and caring atmosphere — highly recommend for both relaxation and snorkeling.
