I have stayed at other St. Regis hotels and so, I had high expectations. The Cairo hotel is superb. The quality of the bedding, the linens are the finest I have experienced as a seasoned traveller and someone well-versed in the business of linens. This is truly special as Egyptian cotton is the finest in the world, and it is nice the hotel put a focus on it. The breakfast is fantastic in the range and quality of offerings, the impeccable service provided by the staff, and, importantly the early and late hours it is open. I had room service which was top of the line in its selections and service. The facility, and rooms are gorgeous. No detail overlooked. The staff is polished, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to serve. Outstanding hotel in every respect.

The hotel was beautiful, and the service was excellent. Hatem, Marwan, Moheb, Ahmed made our stay. We stayed here for 5 nights, and the experience was unforgettable. Location is far from the city and from the main attractions, but it's worth it. Hatem was my personal favourite; he knew that I was kinda scared of the chaos in Cairo, especially with the transportation in the city in a taxi, so he was really attentive and helpful. Thank you so much.

The tours arranged by the hotel were perfectly organized and made exploring Cairo and the pyramids effortless and enjoyable. The rooftop view was breathtaking and one of the highlights of our trip. A special thanks to the entire team for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. Pyramids On The Spot is truly a top choice for anyone visiting Egypt we will definitely come back!
