I always choose hotels from the Pickalbatros company. The service is very nice and helpful. Mr Asharf Mahmoud took care of us from the very beginning when we arrived at the hotel. He helped us every day. The room we were assigned to was big, nice, modern and clean. The gentleman cleaning the room (Abdullah Salah) left us a nice surprise every day - nicely arranged towels and flowers. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and varied, everyday there was a barbecue. I really liked the pools there- some are for children, some for adults. The main pool is very big with a nice jacuzzi.There are a lot of sunbeds to choose from. We had the opportunity to use the a'la carte restaurants - Italian, Asian and Turkish. The food was very tasty and nicely served. I recommend Asian and Turkish cuisine the most. During the day there were a lot of animations. I liked the evening shows the most, during which you could drink a tasty drink served right at your table. Big thanks to the waiter Mohamed Fathy who served us during meals and the show. Definitely we will visit again this hotel ☺️.
