Torre del Marqués Hotel Spa & Winery - Small Luxury Hotels is gelegen in Monroyo, op 45 km van natuurpark Els Ports, en biedt accommodatie met een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren,... This was a really nice find. It's a boutique hotel, clean, warm (in december). Everything was great, food was terrific, it was silence (even if the hotel was full). They have really good wine. Breakfast was all local and plentiful. They sure cook with a lot of truffles. Sun comes in the morning over the valley and during breakfast, through the large windows, it was quite the scene. Overall a VERY good experience, and i'm not saying this lighlty. We ended up leaving with some local bottles of wine (they sell the wine they produce as well, not only for the restaurant). What i appreciated most was the reception and the staff (!!), they took a lot of time and patience with us, given some of our special requests. Top marks, will come again.
