The Suite was clean, well-kept, and welcoming. It was bright and airy, with a lovely balcony perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening sun. It was perfectly located in mountains, peaceful yet close to everything we needed: the beach, shops, and some great local restaurants. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the beds were really comfortable, which made a big difference after long, adventure-filled days. Most of all, we appreciated the little touches that made the place feel like a home away from home. It was the perfect base for our Tenerife getaway, and we’re already hoping to return one day. Highly recommended!

Charming Villa with spacious rooms and beautiful terrace with private pool. Swimming in the river surrounded by the tropical plants is an authentic experience. It feels like heaven. The comfortable bed is perfect for recovering energies. We had dinner a few times in the Hotel and every time the food was fantastic. We enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was rich and good quality. It would have been nice to have a menu because we didn't know what is possible to order from the kitchen. Even after asking a staff member, we didn't really know what we could get. Marina from the spa area has always a smile for you. Samir and Stefan from Reception made us feel welcomed. The possiblity to communicate with the reception trough Whatsapp is very handy. In general, the hotel is well designed in every single aspect. If you forget to bring a book with you, don't worry. There is a bookshelf with books in many languages.

Everything from check-in to check-out went very smoothly and the staff were wonderful throughout our stay and took care of eveything we needed. The room and all the amenities are excellent and very suitable for families with children of all ages. The breakfast and dinner were also very good, good verity of all kinds of flavours and everything fresh and delicious.
