Pleasantly, we were upgraded upon arrival to a wonderful, spacious, light and comfortable room. Staff were very attentive, showed us through the hotel’s lovely facilities and booked us into the restaurant where we had an amazing evening meal. Bed was heavenly comfortable where we slept peacefully followed by an exceptional breakfast. The grounds and spa facilities also excellent. A truly luxurious stay!!

With its own splendid clock tower, The Balmoral offers 5-star accommodation in the heart of Edinburgh. The city’s airport is a 25-minute drive from the building. We spent four nights here over Christmas, as a family that travels a lot, this was a stay that really stood out. The staff went the extra mile and the attention to detail was unparalleled. From a little robe and slippers for our daughter. Milk and cookies every evening. One detail that I’ve never had before, was our charing cables next to the bed were neatly tied every night. The staff were all tremendous, if there was an option for a 6th star ⭐️ that would’ve been well deserved.

Set in a magnificent building, the hotel has scenic views and elegant rooms. We like the hotel, good to stay and see the old course though we did not play. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. Good view from fourth floor dining area.

Situated in Edinburgh's West End, The Bonham Hotel is a Victorian town house. Majority of the bedrooms have a city view. Shops and restaurants on Princess Street, Calton Hill, Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile and EICC are all within walking distance. Stunning - Everything was perfect. The staff were attentive but not too attentive that they were obvious. Rooms were clean , very cosy , comfortable beds, great selection of toiletries. Tea, coffee , fresh milk , water and cookies daily. Wonderful selection for breakfast. Amazing food for lunch and dinner. 24 hour bar for residents. I fell in love with this hotel and cannot wait for a reason to return . We were also there for a wedding , and the hotel rooms used for the wedding were perfect as well. This beautiful Victorian mansion offers an atmosphere of refined elegance and comfort, making our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and attended to every detail with utmost care. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities, ensuring that each day was filled with exciting discoveries. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and decorated tastefully. We especially appreciated the luxurious bedding which ensured restful sleep after long days exploring the city. Breakfast each morning was another highlight—freshly prepared dishes presented elegantly in the historic dining room added to the charm of this place. We highly recommend Glencruitten House not only for its stunning architecture but also because it's located close enough to explore many key sights like Princes Street Gardens or Waverley Station without needing transport. House should be your first choice!

The property is allergy-free and is set 300 metres from Edinburgh Playhouse. Room was very spacious and super comfy , we only stayed a single night, but would definitly have stayed longer. Staff was amazing and very welcoming, would highly recommend.
