Grand Serai Congress and Spa rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioning and a TV. The room was nicely decorated in a traditional, local style that gave it a unique touch. It was also very clean and well kept. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the local pies and desserts. My favorite part of the stay was having coffee by the pool in the morning with the city view in the distance. I also appreciated the delicious welcome treats, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The location, the whole hotel was incredible! We enjoyed a lot the time spent there. Even they wanted to upgrade our room, at the same money. The staff was friendly, well prepared and attentive. The parking seat was across the hotel, and it was covered. Definitely coming back!
