The hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable, we felt very safe. there were some great resturant and high end food courts close by.

My wife became ill with the flu. I mentioned it at the front desk. Within 15 minutes a crew of medics were in our room taking vitals and providing necessary medicine. A fantastic job by all.

Our kids enjoyed the revolving restaurant:). We got in too late to check out the pool. There was a Denny's next door which made a good breakfast stop for us before we went to the airport.

The rooms are new and big, the hotel’s facilities are good and well maintained. The restaurant is fine and the breakfast is great. The location is perfect as Zone 10 seems quite safe and there is a very good shopping center just next to the hotel (accessible by the main entrance) and with a lot of different good restaurants options. If you need to move around Guatemala City or you need to arrange business trips you can arrange everything through the front desk (highly recommended).
