Situated in Miskolctapolca in the Borsod-Abauj-Zemplen Region, 1 km from the Cave Bath, Avalon Resort & Spa boasts a year-round outdoor pool and children's playground. The hotel has a spa centre and hot tub. The on-site Avalon Ristorante offers Italian dishes, like pizza made in a wood-fired oven. It was very good place for stay! Staff is very friendly. Cleanse was perfect. Warm outside swimming pool-just perfect. One of the Best breakfast I ever seen in hotels! Great spa with spa rituals! Must visit place!

Apartment is brand new, very stylish, modern and spacious. Excellent location, 20 minutes to hot springs, 25 to Lillafured, 5 minutes walk to Miskolc main old town. Apartment has everything you will need during your stay: AC, Towels, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Machine. Owner is responding very fast, and communicates in English Price to quality ratio is superb! This is going to be one of the most booked apartments in that area if it stays at this price.

Tastefully decorated hotel through out, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable, huge bed, beautiful garden view from the windows. All staff were very polite and welcoming. I need to mention Solt, our waiter who was outstanding: always smiling and happy to help. The hotel is perfect for a romantic gateway and rejuvenation. Lovely spa and massage. Definitely would stay there again.

Wow super apartment! Staff were superb. I emailed in 'advance' (I think it might have been same day booking or just the day before) to advise of dietary requirements for breakfast, and the effort staff put in was outstanding. Just superb. Great catering for vegans. Above and beyond. Room was gorgeous. So peaceful, lovely balcony. Clean. Great facilities. Super shower. Easy walking distance to buses to go to various touristy places nearby, and super easy wander into the centre. Great location.

The apartment is in an old building but it was a surprise when we get to the 4th floor, it looks like a 5 star hotel. The apartment is big enough for 2 people, quiet, clean and very close to the city center. Due to some delay, we had to reschedule a couple of times our arrival time but the host was so kind to wait for us. There was also a dedicated parking few steps away from the entrance. The Wi-Fi was good. We didn't cook but I could see that there is everything you need.
