The staff were super nice—special thanks to Juni and Eka for being so kind, and honestly, everyone on the team was always smiling and greeting us warmly. The place itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The pool area is lovely, and the hotel’s restaurant serves one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had. There’s a lot of food and plenty of variety to choose from. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. We’d definitely go back and recommend this hotel to everyone!

We had a deluxe suite with spa bath interconnecting with a deluxe twin room. The set up of this was great for us, heaps of room and of course two bathrooms. The deluxe suite is very large and the bathroom is wonderfully set out. There is a balcony off the bathroom and one off the lounge area. The rooms were very relaxing. The deluxe twin room also has a balcony. Heaps of storage in the room you could definitely stay here for a length of time and be very comfortable. The beds were super comfy too. We were on the 4th floor. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping serviced the rooms daily and replenished bathroom supplies. We had breakfast included in our stay which was a daily buffet. Great selection with egg station. There are 2 swimming pools both with swim up bars which was very nice. Excellent cocktails 2 for 1 all day. Our boys used the gym and they said it was good. The hotel is just across the road from the beach which was nice for a few drinks watching the sunset. Great location in Legian close to many restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, massage/spa. On the last day we had a few hours from the time of check out to being collected to head to the airport. We put our bags into the hotels luggage holding area, then we lounged around the pool. We ate around the pool and the food was very nice. Staff was very helpful, friendly and obliging. We would happily return here for another stay.

En suite bathroom is equipped with bath tub and shower. we stayed in penthouse suite both ocean view and city view - the best hotel stay i’ve ever had! incredible service! love allll the staffs! food and beverages acceptable. breakfast bakso soup and congee were sooo yummy!

All tasty and large selection of teas, coffee, juices. But the pool..room balcony overlooks large outdoor pool in a secluded area from the street. Totally unexpected considering the business of the street outside. Swim up bar and cool and refreshing water. Staff very welcoming. Had supper and a takeout lunch from restaurant and food was reasonably priced and yummy! Very responsive to our requests.
