Can’t fault the service. Every detail is considered. Very grateful for a booking.com package that gave us late checkout for a later flight. Lovely old prints and fresh flowers , rugs, etc help soften the cavernous size of the property. Housekeeping staff were especially courteous and genuinely caring.

Fabulous hotel. All necessary amenities to a very high standard. The room was the best I have ever been in. Staff excellent.

Rooms have wooden flooring and are decorated in natural tones. Offering views of the garden or pool from the large windows, they are equipped with air conditioning, a minibar and tea/coffee maker. The private bathroom comes with a shower and hairdryer. Select rooms offer a separate bathtub and butler service. This hotel goes beyond expectations in every way. Architecture world class etc. But the service is something you will never experience anywhere else. Every single staff member treats you like you were royalty or their dearest relatives. My son was a little sick when we arrived and once they found out so much personal assistance. An example: My wife was having breakfast and a staff member delivers a beautifully hand written letter addressed to my son enquiring how he was feeling now and so on. It should be ranked 6 star.
